Due to the collectible nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened blind boxes.
Returns may be accepted for unopened items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Please note that all blind boxes are factory sealed, and minor defects such as paint imperfection or other small cosmetic flaws may occur during manufacturing. These do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or there is a significant issue, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the problem from the moment the package is opened. Without an unboxing video, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.
